02This website
The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Our host logs IP addresses and request metadata for up to 30 days for security. Email you send us stays in our mailbox and nothing else is stored. Embedded content from Steam, Discord and YouTube is loaded only when you interact with it. The map on the Contact page is embedded from Google Maps and loads with that page, so Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies there. Those services have their own policies.
03Our games
Monster Lab Simulator is a single-player game. Save files live on your device or in your platform's cloud save. We do not run game accounts. Platform holders (Valve, Sony, Microsoft) process purchase, achievement and crash data under their own terms. If you opt in, the game sends anonymous crash reports and aggregate gameplay statistics (GameAnalytics); these contain no name, email or free text.
04Mobile and web games · 2020–2025
Our older mobile titles used third-party advertising and analytics SDKs. Several are no longer updated; where a title remains on a store, the policy linked from that store listing applies. We hold no user accounts from those games.
05Discord and socials
Our Discord server and social accounts are run on those platforms under their rules. We see what you post publicly and what you send to the team. We do not export member lists.
06Children
Our site and games are not directed at children under 13 (or the age your country sets). We do not knowingly collect data from them. Parents: see Play safe.
07Your rights
Under KVKK (Türkiye), GDPR (EU/UK) and similar laws you can ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to privacy@. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK Board).
08Changes
We date every revision below and keep old versions on request. Material changes are announced in the build log.
