01Scope
These terms cover round3studios.com, run by Round 3 Studios (INOVAZOR TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ), Samsun, Türkiye, and content we publish on it. Our games are licensed to you by the store you bought them from, under that store's agreement and the game's EULA shown at first launch.
02Using the site
Browse, read, download the press kit, link to anything. Don't scrape at a rate that hurts the server, don't try to break anything, don't impersonate the studio.
03Press kit and brand assets
Files in the press room may be used for coverage, reviews, videos and streams — monetised or not. Keep the logos unaltered, don't imply endorsement, don't put them on merchandise. Trailer footage may be cut freely. Fan art of our characters is welcome; selling it needs a yes from us.
04Content you send us
Ideas, bug reports and feedback sent by email or Discord can be used by us without obligation. We won't claim your fan art or your name.
05Early Access
Monster Lab Simulator is in Early Access. Features change, saves may break between major versions, and the roadmap on this site is intent, not promise. We say so in the build log every time it matters.
06Links and embeds
Steam, Discord, YouTube, Google Maps and store pages are theirs. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
07Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
08Law
Turkish law applies; courts of Samsun have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection where you live.
